I have never had this pizza. Based on these great reviews, I called to order one. The person who answered said "To be honest, I don't even know what gluten is." Full stop. I suggested education and moved on.

I have celiac disease and have eaten here 3 different times and have never gotten sick. They took extra precautions and baked the pizza on foil and prepared separately.

Seems like hand made gluten free dough. Unique toppings. My wife and daughter (not gluten free) said it was the best margherita pizza they'd had in a long time.
