I took a gamble and ordered delivery from here. I got two gf pizzas and their gf cinnamon sticks, and I wasn't sick at all, despite eating at least 2 pieces of each in one night. It might've been a fluke, but I'm gonna try it again

Out of all gluten free pizzas we have got for my son. Passport is by far his favorite. But with that. It’s the most expensive gluten free pizza. But we pay it.

I've had both their pizza and breadsticks multiple times (which are a pizza without the sauce) and have not gotten sick. Happy to go back.

The crust isn't very good at all. It is nice that they have such a wide-range of options though.

!! DON'T TAKE THE RISK OF ORDERING HERE!! THEY DONT TAKE IT SERIOUSLY! Here's why: Today I called Passport if they have gluten- free pizza and Jeffrey who claims to be the manager confirmed it: yes we do. So I order ONE pizza, gluten free. Within 45 minutes they delivered it to my house. The pizza was sooo good, omg the best I had in years. In fact it tasted so delicious that I started to doubt, is it possible that a gluten free pizza tastes so good? After a few minutes my stomach started to swell. Now I really began to worry, so to make sure I called Passport pizza again. When I asked them about the pizza they said it was not gluten free, and even had the guts to claim we did not ask for a gluten free pizza!! Wth?! Why would my FIRST question be if they have gluten free pizza and then I would order just ONE pizza, if I never meant to order a gluten free pizza? They did not even have the decency to send me a new GLUTEN FREE pizza instead. I am not done with them yet, but I feel obligated to warn you for their malicious 'service'.

The crust is very poor: rice based. Its like pizza on a cracker . I was served a pizza where the crust was actually burnt.

Couldn't rate a 0! Warren south Never has gluten free items in stock - but offer to order by phone and online. Just to find out you will get a refund after you think your food is on it's way.... You realize yet again, they have lied... stating they will soon! They have NOT 1 item gluten free in stock all 4 times I have tried to orde, they just ran out? Needless to say I'm done! Worst service terrible staff at THIS location.

Worst customer service ever. I have never been met by such a cruel, arrogant person at any business than I did than with this one. On their website they advertised GF pizza and breadsticks with photos and even offered one GF pizza in deep dish. when I ordered it I was given that same cracker thin pizza crust for sticks even though the photo on the site showed something quite different. I wrote them to question the difference between what they showed on the site and instead of being polite about it the woman called me a liar saying that they had no such thing on their website and then lectured me about how much it costs them to make gf pizza and as very arrogant. I sent her a screen capture from their website to prove that I was telling the truth about the misleading information on their page and she was still rude never apologizing for treating me, the customer like a moron. Another time I had to wait over an hour for a pizza and the last straw was when they sent me a half off coupon for their pizza when it wasn’t working I called in and she proceeded to tell me that they would never ever homor that for a GF pizza because GF doesn't count as real pizza even though GF IS NOT listed on the coupon as one of their exclusions and I have used the coupon code in the past on GF. They treat GF people like an annoyance that os putting them out and are just horribly rude. One time when we went in to pick up a pizza another customer came in and was upset they screwed up his order. The manager offered the guy a free pop and then told the guy that if he wanted to the guy had full permission to shoot anyone he wanted in the building with a gun if it would make him feel better. Then the manager told the guy that he could also shoot either myself or my mother as well if he wanted to because it didn't matter to him. I realizethat he was trying to joke, but the threat of violence is no joke and this was before I had the issues about the website. I just thought it was a tacky comment the manager made thinking he was funny, but I see now that they truly hate their customers especially the ones who are GF. If you want a good GF pizza don't bother with them. Go to Cloverleaf instead.
