Build your own pasta! I had a good experience here, staff was knowledgeable about what was gluten free. They made me fresh gluten free pasta in dedicated water (not boiled with regular pasta). They got my sauce from a fresh container in the back. Staff was friendly and wanted to make sure my meal was safe for me to eat.
