Great! Was cooked in the back separately and no issues. Many options are gluten free and the menu is well labeled!

Great choice for families as there are lots of choices and kids meals. GF penne with basil pesto sauce and chicken was good. I'll have to try more next time and also their new location in Chaska MN.

amazing food! tons of gf options!

Honestly the Alfredo sauce with gluten free is delicious. I am OBSESSED! It's the best "fast food style" gluten free pasta I have ever had. Give them a second chance if you haven't had the Alfredo sauce. (also- request extra sauce. You won't notice the noodles AT ALL when you're focused on how delicious the sauce is!)

My office ordered Pasta Zola for a working lunch. The marinara was delicious. Unfortunately the gluten free pasta was complete mush. Gluten free pasta doesn't need to be this way. I don't think it is the pasta brands as much as needing to work on cooking method.
Wow! I happened to stumble on PZ one day while lamenting about what my son and I could eat. I have been pleasantly surprised with the GF noodle offered at PZ. The marinara sauce is wonderful. The regular red sauce tastes like tomato paste and not very good . The offer a yummy pesto sauce and lots of add ins including grilled chicken, sausage and more. They even can do mac and cheese! Locally owned!
Update 03/2014:
Was at PZ the other week and the have changed their GF pasta and it was total mush and not at all enjoyable to eat. Was vet disappointed . Changing my rating to a 2 star . Hope they change things back.
Excellent pasta.
Excellent gluten free noodles! They are corn/rice penne mix. Their Alfredo sauce is garlicky and creamy, sooo delicious! I’ve also had their gluten free flatbreads which are yummy too.

I have gone here 2 times. First time I thought it was good. I got the Alfredo pasta. They seemed to know what they were doing because they said it was separate pots and utensils used to cook it. They had extensive list of gf sauces and which ones were not gf. However I felt a little funny for the next few days but didn’t make the connection as to what it was. The second time I went I got the exact same thing since it was delicious. Well that time I got super sick. I ended up puking multiple times. I knew that time it was for sure that place because I didn’t eat out anywhere else. I wouldn’t say it’s a safe place to eat GF at. I won’t be going back there.

They have option for gluten free pasta, but they do not cook the gluten free pasta properly. I had bits of very hard noodles in my pasta. Also the gluten free pasta was more expensive than my husband's normal pasta but they gave me maybe 25% of a sized portion than my husband got. I wont be back.

Unfortunately I need to edit my review now that they’ve switched to a red lentil pasta, it’s disgusting. This used to be a frequent stop for us but no more!
Gluten free flatbreads and gluten free pastas. They also have great salads and wine/beer. Great fast casual option.
