A go-to when I visit this area! The brand of GF pasta they use is the best I’ve had and all sauces are GF so you have a ton of choice!! The GF dish comes out in a different container, on a separate tray, and with disposable cutlery. They know what Celiac is and have shown me the separate part of the kitchen where it’s prepared. “Allergy” is clearly marked on your order and confirmed when you pick up your tray. Always feel very safe eating here and have never had an issue. I always grab a few bags of pasta on my way out too!!

Owner and staff are very knowledgeable on celiac. Dedicated stove with equipment for celiacs only. All sauces are gluten free.
Let them know you are celiac and they will tell you what is safe. There are also gluten free groceries for sale. I have eaten here over 30 times without a single issue since diagnosis.

Go to GF pasta restaurant in the West Island. They have 1 kind of GF pasta which is Penne, and you get to pick from a wide variety of sauces. There is a dedicated area for cooking the pasta, and the staff asked if it was for allergies. They also have 2 GF desserts to choose from: tiramisu and cheese cake. They even had a Section where they sold GF products such aa pasta, flour, and even dried breads to eat along with your pasta. I included a picture in this post.

It’s a casual dining place. Great for lunch or a quick bite for supper.. Mainly a pasta place., but they also have sandwiches (not gf) and salads. You can have your pasta with any of their sauces as they are gluten free. They have a dedicated pot, strainer and kitchen tools to avoid cross contamination. Your pasta is cooked in a separate area. Although it’s not a certified gluten free place, owner is celiac and therefore staff is knowledgeable. You can eat safely. They also have gluten free Italian dry products (cookies, pasta, crackers etc) and gluten free deserts (cheesecakes and sometimes tiramisu) A must try in the West Island!
