There is a notation on the menu that you can substitute most items with a GF alternative. This is my second time to Pastaria- the first time all was well, tonight, as always I specifically identified I was celiac, and requested GF pasta and to please let the kitchen know to make sure any cross contamination was avoided…. Needless to say, I was gluten’d.

Food very good. Service is very slow and they don’t have a lot of options. They can make the pasta gluten free for an extra 3.50.

Great gluten free options. All sauces are gluten free. Great service.
