The hostess, waitress and manager all seemed to be very knowledgeable about gluten free and cross contamination. Unfortunately, one of the people that prepped my meal was not, and a piece of spaghetti ended up in my gluten free pasta (their gluten free pasta is very different looking). Thankfully I noticed before I ate too much and before I ate too close to it. When I asked if they have gluten free spaghetti and brought it to their attention, they were very concerned and I wouldn't be surprised if they review their practices based on this experience, as I am pretty sure they were all horrified. Their response to the situation, the fact that they said they have separate pans, etc, and the waitresses knowledge of the menu all deserve 5 stars and I honestly wish I could leave off the star rating because I'm honestly not sure what to give.
All of the stars are for the staff, but I did have to take off because I ultimately was given gluten in my food and did have a mild reaction. It seems like this was a bit of a fluke and hopefully they figure out what went wrong and fix it.
