Review of Pastoral ARTisan Pizza + Kitchen + Bar

Have been for lunch and take out for pizza. During lunch the server explained the whole process of making a pizza, new spoon for sauce, gf pan, gf cutter, separate prep station etc. he did say they do not recommend anyone with celiac or a server allergy because there is some airborne cross contamination risk in the prep station and shared oven. Basically saying it is not a dedicated GF kitchen. I was fine both times with no reaction eating here and the pizza was good. The crust was well cooked and tasty.
