person we take are us was super nice they gibe us a lot information about the dishes and they advice about the menu ingredient by ingredient if something don't like we can take off i can say thank you about great service and information about because I'm really delicate with my allergies

My girlfriend has had Celiac disease for years and numerous experiences of contamination with gluten. She ordered the oatmeal pancakes, chai latte, and had a sip of a vanilla latte. The oatmeal pancakes were marked gluten-free on the menu, while the chai and vanilla lattes were not marked. Our waiter was knowledgeable about gluten-free options and allergies when it was mentioned, as the allergy was reported on the receipt. She was unsure of the safety of the granola, so she made sure the kitchen did not put any on the pancakes. The order seemed to come out as it was recorded on the receipt, but she became incredibly sick a few hours later from contamination. When I called Pastores to ask what happened, they brushed it off and sent me pictures of the labels of all of the ingredients used for the oatmeal pancakes and lattes. The labels and ingredients lists specified they were gluten-free, so we believe it was a contamination issue. The manager told me that the pancakes were all cooked on the same griddle without separation for the gluten-free products. The food was delicious and the waitstaff incredible, but it is not a reliably safe place to eat if you are gluten-intolerant or have Celiac.
