I live in the UP and can’t find GF pasties ANYWHERE. And these ones were soooo good! I would definitely recommend picking up some frozen pasties if you’re in the area!

My GF Pastie was AMAZING! When my family was in the UP we didn’t find these GF but was so excited to finally get to eat one and it was worth every bite. Want to order and ship some to my home but so excited to know when we visit Frankenmuth again I know my first stop is here to enjoy my GF meal. We also bought bubble tea it was a little sweet for me but I’ll ask how to cut it back next time.

GF pasties are not ready to eat, so make sure you order 45-60 minutes before you’re ready to eat! GF items are served in orange takeout containers, whereas regular pasties are in black containers. The yooper pasty is really good!

Loved it! We went during an event and despite being extremely busy, they were very cautious handling my pasty. GF comes in a different color container than the regular.
They only had one GF flavor on the menu for the day but they have a freezer where you can grab other flavors to try later. I had the chicken pot pie and it was so good!!

AMAZING FOOD! Love eating there and they have fantastic gluten free! Celiac friendly no cross contamination as well.

When visiting Frankenmuth we stopped by this shop to pick up a few gf pasty’s to take home. They cooked up great in the oven. The pastry on the pasties was delicious and the fillings were so good! They were very hearty and had lots of veggies mixed into the meat.
My only complaint is that the gravies (both beef and chicken) were very bland! I added a ton of salt to them to try to make it taste better but they were basically flavorless.
Regardless, I would still recommend getting these pasties! They were delicious and I didn’t get sick!

We purchased both GF and regular pastries. The GF containers are clearly marked in orange containers. They have 3 options. I purchased the GF chicken pot pie (frozen) to cook at home as we had 5 hour drive home. The crust was delicious, the filling tasty but felt that mine had hardly any chicken I don’t think it had 1/4 c of chicken ( only 4-5 very small pieces, this was disappointing). But overall it was packed full with carrots peas, potatoes. Again crust delicious! Would buy again. My spouse got the regular ones: Yooder and Philly cheesesteak. He felt they had good flavor. He would definitely get again also. They were very upfront that to order fresh would take 45 min of cooking time. Staff friendly and informative. We would buy again. Good eats.

Ordered the Yooper pasty. They didn’t have them readily available, only frozen, so it was an hour wait. Could’ve used a little more flavor, but I didn’t get sick, and it’s a gluten free pasty!

Honestly, I just trusted all of the other reviews on this app! I did ask the girl if the pasties were safe for people with Celiac and she felt confident.
The Yooper Beef was insanely good! I’ve gone twice this weekend so far. The first time I did not get offered any gravy. Today I ask if there was any GF gravy so I got some and it was a great touch! I’ll be taking some frozen ones home! Clearly did not get glutened! 🥳
But like everyone else is saying, it is a wait so plan ahead. It takes an hour to bake.
All of the drinks are gluten free apparently. We had a bubble tea and it was not good and especially over priced! Can’t believe they are that popular. I doubt they get repeat customers for the drinks.

Gluten Free pasty was delicious, best crust I’ve had since diagnosis. Pasty was served in its own color coded container. Food was great and I didn’t get sick. Definitely will come back!

Excellent flaky crust! Delicious fillings. I was there with two other Celiacs and none of us were sick. I can't wait to go back! I took some frozen pasties home. I haven't had a pasty since my pre-celiac days and this was better than I remember them being. 10/10 would recommend!
Had a separate Gluten Free menu (not surprisingly, it was less then half the size of the regular menu). It was printed right next to the menu that they advised there would be a 30 minute wait, which she repeated when I ordered ($2 up charge for the GF version as well), but a girl's gotta eat, so I said OK. I wasn't paying a ton of attention to the time, but I'd bet the wait was closer to 45 minutes. :( But the pasty was delicious, crispy fresh crust, big bits of chicken and fresh vegetables on the inside. I recommend highly, but come prepared to wait!

We were so excited to try their GF pasties. Here's how this went down - 1st - we ordered. They were out of three different kinds (not the GF kind) and had to go ask outback (hmmm, what's "outback"? but OK) if they could indeed make us a GF pasty. Reply came back after about 5 minutes of us standing around and waiting. 2nd - The nice lady told us it would take 30 minutes. OK, that's fine, we understand! We paid (over $55 for 5 of them, 3 not GF, but again, OK.) As soon as we paid, and she changed the timeline (didn't speak to anyone, just changed it while we were paying) to at least 40 minutes. 3rd - We decided to leave and go shop around, and returned 50 minutes later. Still not ready. They need another 5 minutes. OK. 4th - They need another 10 minutes. 5th - They need another 5 minutes. 5th - Food finally arrives! Yeah! We're starving. Overall - don't expect your food to be ready in less than 80 minutes, the Chicken Pot Pie has no gravy, frozen veggies and is bland and dry, but my daughter really liked her GF cheese and potato one. No reaction, so that was good, but I didn't eat much of mine there because it wasn't good, and waited to make a gravy at home to eat the remaining 3/4 there. It still wasn't that good. We will NOT be going back. :(

Really good GF Pastys! We will be going back for more!
Gluten free pasties! Owned by the same owners as Sugarhigh Bakery. They use separate utensils and do their best to avoid CC.
