Had a greatttt burger with GF bun (see pics below).
They also have a GF crust and make really unique brick oven pizza (which always makes GF taste amazing).
GF pizza is everywhere but this was better than pretty much every one I’ve had. See pic below too.
No separate fryer but they have options if you want other things too.

Really good food. Very knowledgeable people. Their gluten free menu breaks down whether its gluten free and/or celiac friendly. They also carry Glutenburg beer. Been here a half dozen times and never gotten sick.

Whew a wonderful surprise. We had the GF stuffed mushrooms & medallions. Then I had the Patriot burger with GF bun. Amazing meal, can't wait to go back!

I believe this restaurant has changed since the other review was posted. They offer GF buns and have a celiac friendly food list. They do not have a separate fryer so their grid foods cannot be considered safe for celiacs. I had the Patriots burger based on the prior reviewers rave report. I thought it was good, bun was good. Applewood bacon was a but over-charred. Wedge salad was wilted and brown in spots.

Seriously delicious. The Patriot Burger is ridiculous! All the wings are GF. There is an impressive spread of dipping sauces and dressings that are GF. Great service!
