Cory is super knowledgeable about what’s gluten free! The pho can be custom made GF if you do chicken instead of beef paste. The curries are already GF and are marked GF. The pad Thai and the Thai sweet and sour (veggies with pineapple and meat) can be made GF. The fresh spring rolls are GF but the peanut sauce can be swapped for sweet and sour.

I’ve been twice and been safe. They know the menu really well. There’s a number of options (but wish there were more)for GF and it’s labeled on the menu. Very clean restaurant.

GF options are clearly marked on the menu and the staff was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Some of the apps were not listed as GF due to the sauces, but without the sauces, are GF. I had the Chicken Pad Thai and it came back safe on my NIMA Sensor. I did not have any reaction and I am a very sensitive Celiac.
