They don't have a gluten-free menu. I was also surprised with a place that size at the lack of training for the staff. I did get a manager that was very helpful for me and my son with an egg allergy. They were able to modify most menu items for us. It's too bad they don't have a frier dedicated to their highly touted home fries so we could have had those. I also wondered if I sacrificed a lot of flavor with the substitutions. Very disappointing that food in the gift shop doesn't have a list of ingredients. So as always if they aren't sure you can't have it. They tried but again lack of training on what gluten free means. Frustrating!
