Never had any issues from eating here. It is a great.

While the menu and servers indicate gluten free options, I always feel sick after eating at Paulo & Bill. I think it was safer when it was in the PBJ restaurant group.

Excellent restaurant! Excellent service and awesome food. Servers I have had have been extremely knowledgeable about how the food is prepared and if it is gf or not. Items that can be made gf are indicated on the main menu, just be sure to let your server know. They can and will even make items not listed with a gf option as gf. I wanted chicken marsala one night and the server said, he could ask if that could be made gf, and the answer was yes, and it was awesome.
