Gluten free pizza but cooked with and prepared next to other food. Lots of young staff that look miserable and aren't very friendly. Gluten free pizza isn't very good. I get it on occasion when I don't feel like cooking and I'm just craving pizza. But I end up disappointed every time. I've learned to at least ask them to make the crust crispy so it's not soggy or incredibly chewy. Still chewy but not as bad. I'm pretty sure they just use a small, frozen pre-made Cauliflower crust

If you have celiac, this is just as risky as any other non-dedicated pizza place, except the staff is mostly teenagers a lot of the time so you can’t expect much. I’ve found croutons hidden in my salad, as though they picked off the ones on top. The pizza goes in the same oven, on its own disposable pan, but right next to the regular pizza. Needless to say, I’ve gotten very sick from there

We were very worried about the taste and reaction we would have from Paul’s gf pizza. But it was wonderful! Tasted great and no reaction! Best tasting gf pizza we have ever had. And free delivery!

I was told that they had gluten free pizza, but I wasn’t told it was bring your own cheese. What sorta place only offers crust and called it a gluten free pizza? So then I decided to get pasta so I could eat with my family to find some unknown substance in my pasta. I do NOT recommend eating here.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and had a very strong reaction about a half hour later. Choose another place to eat and save yourself some pain. Better hungry than full of this excuse for food.(

They have a good understanding of celiac dz and cross contamination. Their pizza shells are frozen and the toppings are fresh. They have a separate pizza slicer. Nice place for family without a stuffy atmosphere.
