Un homme en cuisine est venu me rencontrer et nous avons fait le tour du buffet et il m’a indiqué les choix sans gluten. Il s’est montré connaissait et vigilant en plus de prendre le temps. Quelques options de dessert sans gluten dont un gâteau à la farine de noisettes.
