I dine here frequently & have had good luck with both the loaded nachos with chili (they use real shredded cheese not queso) and also the burgers with a gf bun.

The staff has Zero comprehension of what gluten actually is. They offer a gluten free bun but have no idea of anything is Gluten free. Tried to tell Me that I could have fries and chips even though they are fried in a frier with chicken tenders. Absolutely not a safe place for anyone who actually has an allergy or celiac! I repeat don’t do it. They did not take it seriously and tried to argue with me about what gluten even is

Paxtons is a great, family friendly spot right on the Loveland Bike Trail. I was thrilled to see they now have gluten free buns. I have gluten sensitivity, not Celiac, so I cannot comment on any protocols.
