Review of Payne's Restaurant

Wednesday evening 7pm. Took a while for server to greet us and even longer for water. Verified they can accommodate gluten-free. She made sure she put on mine and my children’s ticket celiac. We ordered the burgers and french fries because they have a dedicated fryer for only french fries. Ate most of the fries and half the burger burger was not all that good. My son mentions that the fries smell like vinegar after I have had a couple of his and we asked the server if they put malt vinegar on our fries and she said they usually do but that she listed our tickets as celiac and they shouldn’t have. I made her smell the fries and they definitely had malt vinegar on them all three of us contaminated. She did not make us pay for the meal.
