I called ahead and they said they have a cauliflower crust as the gluten free crust and that they prepare them separately. They also understood about celiac so I decided to trust them. I also saw them use different utensils to prepare and slice the pizza. It was a great pizza and I did not get sick at all!! I would recommend them as celiac safe.

Excellent service and ambiance! This was a very unexpected surprise on a road trip. They serve espresso drinks, gelato, and wine as well, but I would not recommend the pizza for celiacs as their contamination protocols are not thorough. If you are NOT celiac, you will enjoy their GF and cauliflower crusts, and you’ll certainly enjoy the atmosphere and service as well. A clean bathroom too.

Really good, make sure you let the chef know if you want allergy-sensitive GF pie. And go extra crispy... *great* supreme pizza!
Yes
SOOOOO GOOD! Any of their pizzas can be made gluten free. Also, their coffee/espresso is great. I’ll
Excellent pizza with a homemade crust!
