They do not have a gluten free menu but the servers are very good to work with you on what can be made gluten free. They have GF pasta and all their sauces are GF. We always get the antipasto board without the bread for an appetizer. They do have GF pizza crust but it is a shared pizza oven so I can’t take the risk.

Ate here recently and had a great experience. They have gf pasta and they recommended getting a pasta dish but the server said that they could make multiple of their items gf or a gf version of it. I was hesitating on what to eat and the server asked me “what do you want to eat that’s not on the menu?” I told him and he made modifications and suggestions to create a dish off the menu. It was delish. I highly recommend getting the flourless chocolate cake as well. It’s $11 but oh so worth it!

I got the bolognese with gluten free noodles and it was great! I told the waiter I had a “gluten allergy” and he knew right away what to do. I did confirm the pasta would be cooked in clean water and he assured me it would. I had no reaction! Huge portion sizes too! Not much variety though.

I ordered the Pappardelle Dello Chef pasta with gluten free pasta and OH. It was delightful. They didn’t have GF bread but that was fine, we had the flourless chocolate cake and it was rich and tasty. So nice to get a delicious pasta dish!

I got so sick from eating here last night. I had gluten free pasta with the special- scallops and shrimp. Also a side Caesar no croutons. I am paying for it today and all last night.

The fettuccine Alfredo with gf pasta is amazing!! The pizza, however, is cooked on same surface as regular pizza so it is cross contaminated. It's also a cauliflower crust.

9/6/20- They don’t advertise GF options (which they should!), but I ordered a GF pizza (cauliflower crust) and did not have any reaction to it (I’m not celiac, I have a wheat allergy). The pizza was a decent size and tasted good. Seemed like fresh ingredients. Can’t comment on cross contamination.

They don’t have a separate menu but can walk you through it. You can get a lot of their pastas gluten free and they also could do pizza!

Pazzo's is very celiac friendly! My mother was diagnosed with celiac seven years ago, and has found it difficult to find restaurants that offer more than only a few options. She was able to bring in her own pasta - brown rice pasta - and was allowed to order a regular dish. They do offer gluten free pasta- but my mother prefers her own. 5/5 stars for this place! I love it!!

Lots of gluten free options! Waiters and waitresses are very educated on celiac/cross-contamination issues, so are helpful in finding ways to eat other foods. Food is excellent- we have come here 3 times all vacation!!

Beautiful, simple, authentic Italian bistro/restaurant. The only item GF is pasta but the vodka sauce was a scratch recipe and absolutely delicious, buttery flavor and I had grilled chicken too. Clean environment, charming ambiance, excellent service
