I called and the manager admitted that it is a small trattoria and they cannot ensure there is no cross contamination. Also he said they use the same oven for the gluten free and normal pizzas

A couple days ago we went to Pazzo Pomodoro with our daughters. Our 12 year old has Celiac. She wanted to write a review. “The Gluten Free Cheese pizza was great. They also had gluten free appetizers. The waiters were knowledgeable about GF options. The Menu indicated what were the GF options. They made having Celiac Disease better. They had very good gluten free pizza, it was the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! The best part is I didn’t get a reaction so there was no cross contamination! They were aware of the Gluten Free options and they confirmed their was no cross contamination Overall it was a very nice place.I can’t wait to go again.”

This was a fabulous establishment with the BEST gluten free pizza I have had here in the states very similar quality to gluten free options in Italy. I cannot attest to the risk of cross contamination as I am not celiac, but I did not experience any symptoms I usually do when I invest gluten.
