I called before arriving. The manager I spoke with was very knowledgeable about GF and what was safe for me. When we ordered, the staff mentioned the manager said I called. However, I noticed after my brisket was cut that the same cutting board was also used to prepare sandwiches. The staff I talked with wasn’t overly knowledgeable about cross contamination but listened and recut my meal on a clean cutting board. The food was delicious (and I didn’t get sick)!
