The staff was very knowledgeable about being celiac. The gluten-free crust was amazing. They baked my pizza on a separate sheet and the cook did not make any other pizzas while they were waiting for my pizza to get done. When I asked for a box the server washed his hands went back to the back and got another box that was not cross contaminated. Five stars
