The Pearl doesn’t have a gf menu but, if you ask, they can do a few gf dishes such as chicken and steamed vegetables. They can’t do the lobster gf, they said, because it would be cross contaminated in their fryer. There were a few other dishes they could do. They seemed knowledgable (eg knew not to use soy sauce) and they seemed careful (they checked to see if cornstarch was okay for me.). It is great to know they can serve a few gf dishes because our family has been coming here for a very long time and I’ll still be able to join them.
