Good pizza. I got it to-go so I can’t remark on the dine-in experience. No cross-contamination issues with my order. I had the Wild Mushroom Pizza and the Pepperoni pizza. The Wild Mushroom pizza was phenomenal. The crust was probably the only disappointing part, as it appeared to be a pre made crust without much flavor. That lack of flavor was quite noticeable when eating the pepperoni pizza, but the Wild mushroom pizza had tons of flavor.

Great vibe, great service, awesome food, but I was sick almost immediately following. Made me so sad too because I was so pumped there was so much I could eat! I had a delicious Italian chopped, wings and pizza!!! It was all so good, unfortunately it made me sick. I knew I was taking a huge risk with a wheat allergy in a pizza place that does wood fire pizza, but it was worth the try. Unfortunately for me, one and done! :( So disappointing! I have celiac friends who have eaten here and it’s been great and they didn’t get sick! I’m still glad I tried it!

Wings are meaty and really good. My son did not care for the pizza sauce for his sausage pizza. I had their bacon potato pizza, which was good, but I feel it was much better in the past. GF pizzas are a decent size, so next time we go, we’ll get one pizza to split between 2 people. It is a little pricey.

One of our favorite local safe places. They have a separate oven for the pizzas and wings, many safe options to choose from. Celiac and have never been ‘poisoned’ here!

Best gluten free pizza in STL. It’s a thin, crunchy crust and the toppings taste very fresh.

Gf chicken wings and pizza! Cooked in a separate space. Great service and good prices.

They have a separate oven and work station in the basement (away from the gluten-ful pizzas) to prepare. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable towards gluten restrictions. Will definitely return!!

My young daughter loves the gluten free pizza and wings. She is a super sensitive Celiac and has never had an issue at Peel. They know how to do it right! Expensive but love having a safe place to enjoy. We've eaten here many, many times.

The wings and gf pizza are delicious. We would eat here all the time if we were locals.
Visited while on a business trip. GF pizza was good, the crust is thin and crunchy as to be expected with GF. Toppings were outstanding! Also had the spinach salad with apples and gorgonzola which was excellent.
They have a separate kitchen in basement to cook gluten free.

Took my partner, who has celiac, here for valentine's day. I had called them before and they have a completely separate prep area and oven for their GF stuff. I also ordered a gluten free crust so we could share pizzas, and OMG, it was DELICIOUS!!! He got the wild mushroom and I got the chicken gorgonzola. Most of their wings are GF also, which was great. Just be prepared to wait a while (40-50 minutes), if you show up during peak dinner hours.
