Went for takeout last night and had a TERRIBLE experience.
I have celiac and my paranoid mom actually emailed ahead to check if they could do anything gluten free. The person who responded assured her that there were lots of options, we just need to mention it when we order.
I called in the evening to order and the person who answered didn’t know what did or didn’t have gluten. They went to ask the chef and suggested a couple of items, including the tuna poke. I asked them to double check, because soy sauce often has gluten. They went back to the chef, came back and assured me again that it’s GF, so I ordered it (along with a bunch of other things for my family).
Got home, saw the dish had seaweed salad, and called back to TRIPLE check it’s gf. After being bounced around on the phone a bit, turned out it’s not gf. Yikes!
They wouldn’t tell me on the phone what was GF now, saying “nothing can be done gluten free, sorry”. I then went back in where the chef was extremely rude blaming the ticket for not saying gluten free (I had the ticket, it said gluten free).
Safe to say they are probably poisoning other customers and I will not be returning. To top it off, the food wasn’t even that good and it’s quite overpriced.

No dedicated fryer but lots of meal options. I had a lobster roll on lettuce wrap but the hostess was prepared to pop over to Farm Boy next door for a gf bun. Sandwiches do have a gf bread option.

Excellent food, server was very knowledgable about the gluten free options. Fryer is not safe but she warned the kitchen about celiac and cc. Great experience!
