Review of Penguin Ed's Bar-B-Que

I had the loaded baked potato and ribs. The food was excellent and I didn’t have any cross contamination issues although they do not guarantee to be celiac safe. I requested a copy of their gluten free menu but they only have the restaurant copy. The server did tell me that some of their rubs are not gluten free. They are upfront about the possibility of cross contamination.
