There is nothing gluten free here. I walked in and the air was thick with flour like a typical pizza joint. I wanted to leave immediately, but the manager greeted us so quickly and was so enthusiastic that I asked him to review the menu. GF Pasta is cooked in same water as wheat pasta. No GF pizza. There were two salads on the menu, which I’m sure would get me sick due to flour dust. This place was lovely and the food looked amazing, but it’s a celiac’s nightmare.
