Review of Penn's Tavern Historical Waterfront Restaurant

Great food and knowledgeable staff. Lots of GF options. I had surf and turf burger, sautéed seafood on a housemate Angus burger, on GF bun! Amazing! Fries are fresh cut, but fried in shared frier.
