Peño Mediterranean Grill

Peño is great! They've posted on their website vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options on their menu. Would definitely recommend!!!

Celiac friendly?

Yes

I loved Peno and went there very often until recently! On two separate occasions I found croutons in the bottom of my gyro bowls. I unfortunately bit into one of these and got sick. 🙁. If you are celiac I cannot recommend eating here because there are too many ways you can be cross contaminated.

Options seem limited...I got food to go. Beef and lamb arent gf but chicken is so i got a chicken bowl. It was good, no reaction!

The staff was very knowledgeable and offer many gluten free options. Just an FYI the lamb/beef gyro meat is NOT gluten free. The falafel is and tastes excellent.

The whole menu is GF!! The only thing that contains gluten is the pita bread that is optional! Not Even the falafel has gluten! The menu is delicious and very healthy with lots of salad and hummus options, even unique ones like turmeric ginger hummus!
