Completely gluten free. They use Bob Red Mill's gluten free flour and I had no reaction after eating here.

People's Waffle is the bomb! The Nutty and Nice waffle tastes like a decadant cinnamon roll. My hubby and I also shared the breakfast waffle with sausage and egg, also very good. Having to eat gluten free (not by choice, but necessity) isn't always easy, but places like this make me feel treasured and normal. 100% dedicated gluten free. Their menu does state the kitchen is dedicated GF but not certified. The servers are all friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely eat here again when in town!

This restaurant was a favorite for me (gluten free) and my family. SOOO good that my non-gluten free family loved it! There is more to this place than waffles. Of course you can choose waffles with fruit, cinnamon, or just plain.. but they also have sandwiches made with waffles and meat, as well as waffles with eggs, bacon, or sausage. These waffles are crispy and a nice texture- better than typical waffles. This restaurant caters to all foodies' needs and is suitable for vegetarians, vegan, GF, and those with less restrictive diets. The service was excellent and the atmosphere is lovely. The coffee was great and they encourage people who would like an adult beverage (yup, that's me) to grab one from the connected restaurant. It was here that I had one of the best espresso martinis that I have ever had. If you are in Spokane, I recommend a visit!

We stopped in for breakfast this morning and beat the Saturday morning rush here. Really tasty waffles and good service. We tried the waffle benne and the breakfast waffle, both were pretty good. There are so many other waffle versions I want to try, I’ll definitely be back, especially since I forgot to try the dairy-free waffle this time.

I love this place. Completely celiac friendly. The waffles are so fun and delicious! I recommend the chicken and waffles and the new blackberry cheesecake flavor. I wish they had more room in the restaurant though. The seating was a little too close for comfort!

Wow… incredible! I have never found better waffles… and knowing it’s a dedicated GF facility?!? This is a dream come true, and I will be coming back for me ASAP.

I had the Benny, and what a delight, the house made hollandaise was incredible, and eggs poached beautifully. All together it was an incredible experience.

I shared the Nutty and Nice as a dessert with my wife, and that was amazing as well. My wife had the Breakfast waffle and said it was incredible.
