Arrived for an early dinner when there weren't other customers. Employee at the counter wasn't sure of cross-contamination avoidance procedures, but he checked with the manager who was well-versed. They changed gloves, cleaned the grill, and used clean metal utensils. Most of the items on the menu were gluten-free and the allergen information on the website was detailed. Rice bowl with meat was great, and the staff made the meal for the member of our party with celiac first. Manager indicated the fryer for fries was dedicated.
