Review of Peppermill Resort Spa Casino

Attended a conference and spent 7 nights at the hotel. Most of the time I left the property or had food I brought (they cleaned out the mini bar for me to use as a fridge and brought a microwave). I had three lunch "meals" and they were okay, no celiac reaction, but didn't feel great after (a single GF, dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian option--think high fiber lots of beans). The catering manager was nice and checked with the chef, but her lack of knowledge of kitchen and restaurant protocols was an indicator that accommodating celiac wasn't a priority. No conference breakfast or evening social foods were safe-all buffets and no alternative was offered.
