I went to Pera during restaurant week and they were amazing with accommodating my gluten issues. I got the trio dip was able to swap out the pita chips for sliced cucumber, then a few minutes later the server came out and told me that one of the dips had gluten in it but I was able to substitute it for a different one. The food is also just absolutely amazing. Probably the best food I’ve ever eaten.
