The staff were very friendly, patient and helpful. I had a delicious Mediterranean Salad and then a pear tart with an oak milk cappuccino for dessert-amazing! The bakery has a large assortment of pastries from napoleons to donuts to chocolate croissants and even empanadas-all gluten free! I will return again and again!

You feel like a million bucks when you walk through the bakery doors! The owner (Maurice- hope my spelling is close) is so welcoming, friendly and just as excited as you are, if you have Celiac and can eat everything and anything in there! They have dairy free croissants that was flakey and so delicious, I had not had one in 6+ years. Had avocado toast with an egg (not on the menu) and purchased a cannoli and chocolate croissant to go for later! Heaven! The French press coffee was some of the best I’ve had as well... I am from Maine and would absolutely make this an everyday stop while on vacation. They had regulars come in that you can tell just love Percent Bakery, come to New England! Put this on your must visit list whether you are celiac or not, my friend that is with me supporting my dietary needs absolutely loved it too!

This place is amazing!! If you are not a celiac, and are deciding on going to have a great sandwich for lunch, or have a delicious cake or pastry with your gluten-free friend, please go! The food is only comparable to the best non-gluten-free bakeries in Florida. A true gem in Ft. Lauderdale!

The GF carrot cake is better than any carrot cake I have had with gluten! It is delicious!

This is by far one of the best places gluten free or not you can go to in the State of Florida. As a matter of fact, I am truly amazed this concept is located in Ft Lauderdale and not on a major city. I am sure we will see it in different cities very soon. Congrats guys!!! Amazing

What a wonderful bakery. Gluten free or not this is top nudge. I had a caprese sandwich that it was just excellent and we were lucky enough to be at the bakery when they just brought out croissant bread pudding (dairy free) that was just devine . 100% devine. 100% Flavor

I’m not a celiac person but came here with some friends. In spite of being a gluten free bakery is the best bakery I’ve found in the the south Florida area so far. I tried a Keto toast made with almonds, toasted, with a spread of feta cheese, avocado, Gouda cheese and a wonderful mesclun salad. Loved it I had a croissant pudding with chocolate chips that was coming out of the oven and again, I loved it. Great little gem waiting to be discovered. This guys are pros and are from Venezuela !!!

Excellent staff. All were friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I purchased several pastries and the owners gave me 2 without charge to try. Highly recommended!

Percent is the best gluten free bakery /restaurant I've been to. Amazing staff, treats, and the perfect place for a meal. I haven't been able to have many of the items I've had here in years because of a gluten allergy. Whether you are gluten free or not I recommend everything at Percent.

All gluten free food and delicious beyond belief. The muffins had soft, baked fruit inside and melted in your mouth. The cakes, torts, danishes and quiche looked delicious. Great friendly staff. Can’t wait to go back.

Their pastries are out of this world. The empanadas are scrumptious. Their pistachio cake is moist and leaving you wanting more. You can not tell that it is gluten free. People with Celiac Disease will love this place.

Prepare to be blown away. You know the beautiful pastries that we can look at but can never enjoy due to gluten? They all exist *safe* at Percent. They are SO good, I had to ask, over and over- “are you sure this is gluten free?” I thought I died and woke up in pastry heaven.

This place is great. Found it while on vacation and have been eating breakfast and lunch here each day. The most delicious croissants. Bread, empanadas and desserts.

This is a wonderful place .. the owner Morris is amazing .. the pastrami sandwich was just like it came from a New York Jewish Deli.. we will be back .. this place is superb.. way to go 100% gluten-free.. also the almond tart is super delicious .. or new go to place..

Visiting from out of state and found the only gluten free bakery in Ft. Lauderdale. My girlfriend and I are GF and have tried places all over the world and this place was one of the best. Maybe THE BEST. Their food is incredible and their service is even better. We 100% recommend trying this gem. The cinnamon bun and chocolate croissants are a must.

The first thing I bit into literally brought me to tears. It was incredible. If you are someone who loves pastries and hasn’t been able to have them, come here. It was like a religious experience.

Amazing!! We went twice while in town and really loved the pizza, keto toast (chicken with roasted peppers), hot chocolate (loved that there were no dairy milks!). We will definitely be back next time we are visiting the area.

This bakery is unlike any bakery I’ve been to in the miami/ft laudardale area. I have tried several of their items and they are all delicious without exception. My husband and children are GF and it’s been hard to find a good place for them to eat. Specially pastries. Percent Bakery has exceeded all expectations and has become a favorite among our family!

This is a glorious place!! Visiting from Canada and stumbled across this gem. The food is incredible. I am celiac and ordered the chicken sandwich. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had, my husband, non-celiac, thought so too! I brought home a handful of desserts. Staff were so friendly. The owner came over and sat with us a while. He's so personable and we were all laughing. I bought a freshly baked cinnamon bun, right out of the oven. A celiac heaven!! Upscale, cozy seating. A wide selection of high quality coffees, espressos, etc. Can't wait to go back! I took so many pictures of the food to show everyone who cared about my gluten free adventures. Can't recommend this place enough!!! Dedicated gluten free facility. Music to my earsss!

My Family and I are visiting Fort Lauderdale from Boston and stumbled upon this amazing bakery. Everything is absolutely delicious and the staff are all SO friendly. Between the 5 of us, we had an egg sandwich, chocolate croissants, regular croissants, cookies and cinnamon buns. Each item was simply perfection. So glad to have enjoyed some amazing goodies on our trip!!!!!
