Review of Perch Restaurant

We had an incredible 9 course dinner here! They mill their own flours in-house which sounds scary but they also mill non-gluten containing grains so I had not one but TWO gluten free breads offered during our meal. I never once felt that my dishes were lacking compared to my partner’s which was an incredible feeling. They substituted items so cleverly and I felt very cared for. Absolutely loved our experience and would recommend to anyone with dietary restrictions!
