Small town bar/grill with no knowledge of cross contamination. They have a GF pizza crust, but couldn’t protect it from contamination.
Perdue's has excellent food, and a great staff. I strongly encourage anyone to go who does not have dietary restrictions. Speaking from Celiac Disease, stay away from Perdue's. The kitchen is just too small to accommodate dietary restrictions, minimizing cross contamination, and still take care of the rest of the patrons. The only thing we have found that works is the Pizza, as they do have a pizza crust. Be advised however that they are prepping all food in the same general area, so there is a HIGH chance for cross contamination. Again, they also offer Corn Tortilla chips, but these are fried in the same fryer as everything else, and they have gluten free buns but everything is prepped in the same location. For those with Celiac Disease, approach this with EXTREME caution. The owners understand the disease, and even some of the staff understand, but still, the kitchen is too small to accommodate. Too bad.

Great hometown food with gluten free options! Make sure to ask questions though - I'm only gluten sensitive and didn't have any problems. Not sure how someone with Celiac would do. Had a sirloin sandwich on a gluten free bun with a salad (ask for no croutons) and it was great!
