Perfect Pear has many gf options and the staff is very knowledgeable. If you alert them of a severe allergy, they will take extra precautions. Unfortunately, the fries are not safe, so you are limited to side salads. However, the sandwiches are amazing!

If you’re looking for a simple gluten free experience, don’t come here. The restaurant looks impressive- the dishes are well presented and gluten free options are available on the menu. The salads are good and the macaroni and cheese was delicious. The sandwiches are advertised as gluten free, so I ordered a Cuban. While waiting, I read some of the other reviews on this site about the restaurant- specifically about the risk of cross contamination. I spoke to the server multiple times but was given a lack of useful information. Only when I went up to the counter shortly after the order and requested the bread untoasted to prevent cross contamination in the shared toaster. This would not have been done otherwise. Overall the staff (or at least the servers) did not seem knowledgeable about dedicated gluten-free preparation. When the food arrived, I was somewhat apprehensive about eating the sandwich, so I satisfied myself with the mac and cheese that my companions had ordered prior and the salad that came with the meal. The sandwich could have been safe- but there was no way of knowing. TLDR- staff didn’t know enough, not as gluten free as was advertised, and avoid anything breadlike if you do go.

Menu looks to have many gluten free items but cross contamination is likely. Shared fryer, shared toaster. This leaves salads, quinoa bowls, and pasta as the only safe options. No upcharge for gluten free pasta, so that was nice.

Staff and management were awesome at time of early dinner. Advised no dedicated prep or cookspace available & severely high cross contamination risk for anything on the menu except a veggie only salad, which was good. Just disappointed to have to settle for that at yet another restaurant.

I had called ahead & they reassured that menu items could accomodate, yet reality did not match when arrived.

Maybe okay for those following GF nutrition, yet not suitable for Celiacs or other severe gluten/dairy allergies.

Delicious gluten free options. The staff is knowledgeable and explained how they keep the GF food separate and use fresh pans and utensils for each dish. I'm very sensitive and haven't gotten sick here.
