Perihelion Brewery

I loved this place and came here to eat the delicious food many times before my celiac. After reading the previous review I wanted to give it a try. There was no certified wine, they use same grill and drier for everything. They offered to wipe it down which is not enough to make sure there is no gluten trace left. This place is not celiac safe! I am very sad about it, but this is the truth.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

I went with some friends and was pretty sure I’d have to just order the one cider they have on tap (which is a dedicated cider line) but when we got there discovered they had a frozen rose that they verified was gluten free and also the server worked with me to figure out a safe salad I could order and communicated with the kitchen and checked back in with me multiple times to reassure me. Pleasantly surprised to have a fun cool drink and to be able to eat with my friends. Really cool space and wonderful service.
