As a Celiac, I am always very hesitant towards gluten-free pizza when ending out both for cross-contamination safety and taste. Perini's delivered a tasty and safe experience. They were very upfront about the cross-contamination risk, but also went above and beyond to avoid them including making sure there was a clean pan, pizza cutter, and spoon used for topics. I am glad to say I did not get sick and the pizza was tasty. The owner also came out and talked to us for a bit and to check that all was okay and safe with our meal.
