Periwinkles

While our server, Steve, was a pleasant young man, he was the only thing pleasant about our dining experience. Our fifth year vacationing in Ocean City we decided to roll the dice and try a new restaurant ... BIG MISTAKE!!!! We were served frozen mozzarella sticks, a bisque soup less appealing then the canned version followed by mushy crabcakes, gray "filet mignon", what appeared to be mashed potatoes and some sort of spider web design of tartar and cocktail sauces. Informed of the awful food and an entire uneaten meal sent back not a single person attempted to compensate us in any way or rectify the situation. Do not go this establishment under any circumstance ever!! Thank goodness for boardwalk pizza! It was delicious!

The owners daughter has celiac disease. My meal was cooked separately with gloves on by owner. I had salad, filet mignon, mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. Most of their menu items could be do be gluten free. I highly recommend this restaurant.
