Great food and drinks!! I do not have celiacs but they claim that their panini bread is always gluten free and made fresh. It doesn’t mention it anywhere online or on their menu but their bread was so good I almost couldn’t believe it was GF! They do sell their panini bread in packs as well. I have never had issues from eating the paninis although I’m unsure of the specific measures they take to avoid cross contamination.
