Gluten free pizza is available. It is a rather large sized pizza, 12”, crust is very good. Well cooked. One of my favorite gluten-free pizzas in Rochester.

Looking for gluten free pizza in Farmington or Canadaigua? Perri's is one of a few locations which offers it. This is a recent addition to their menu. They specifically note on their menu that this is not made in a gluten-free environment. I am not familiar with how they make the pizza, so I can't say for sure whether or not this is a major concern, but based on how small the location is I'm guessing that this means a couple things: shared prep area, some shared prep tools, and shared ingredients bins &c. My work ordered Perris for a work function, and I decided to go ahead and give it a try since we were heading into a weekend and I could handle having a couple days of stomach trouble. I found the sauce decent and the pizza cooked perfectly, with perfectly tasty toppings and a nice crunch to the crust. This is pretty good, honestly, it's just the cross-contamination that has me concerned. I didn't get sick this time, but it's always a gamble when pizza places are concerned. Sadly, the fryer is shared, so no wings for you. The salads are probably OK provided they have no croutons. All in all I'm pretty pleased with the quality, and provided I get some assurance that they at least try to prevent cross-contamination, I'll likely continue eating here as long as I feel comfortable doing so.
