I had two great experiences eating in the roof last fall and this spring. I ordered sushi and felt very safe.
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience when I returned a few weeks ago and ate inside. The server and the manager nearly refused to serve me any food. The server said I couldn’t eat anything from the kitchen (off the non-sushi menu) because it was too small of a kitchen —they could make it safe for a gluten allergy, but not celiac. So I ordered off the sushi menu and then manager came over and told me I was taking a risk eating there.
I understand that restaurants want to CYA, but they shouldn’t label their menu with Gluten Free and then make patrons with that dietary restriction feel bad for eating there.
