We visited in 7/9/22 - and we loved everything about our evening at Persil. 100% worth a visit if you are in Paris! Especially if you have celiacs :)
The interior space is cozy and beautiful, with outdoor seating on a quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. The staff was super super friendly and really made us feel at home.
The food was the best we had in Paris. Each dish was artwork-level beautiful and so clearly shows the chef passion for her work. The style of cuisine is kind of impossible to pin down - some dishes were genius in their subtlety while others showcased intense flavors and really inventive pairings - all done with such finesse. Great natural wines as well.
On a personal note, my husband has Celiacs disease and Chef Kumpi was far more accommodating to his dietary restrictions than we ever could have asked for. She went above and beyond to come out personally to talk us through the menu and then actually changed some of the dishes to make them gluten-free and avoid any cross-contamination issues.
Big thanks to Kumpi and Richard and the rest of the staff for making us feel so well taken care of! We can't recommend this place enough.
