Gluten free Peruvian and Peruana-Chinese food! What a treat. Some dishes are marinated in regular (gluten-containing) soy sauce so check with your server, they have dishes with gluten-free soy sauce options. Delicious, big portions, I am very sensitive and had no reaction. Will eat there again!
