Waitstaff is friendly and very knowledgeable about gluten-free options and cross-contact. In 3+ years neither I nor my Celiac family members have gotten sick. They have a separate kitchen in the lower level to avoid cross-contamination/contact, as well as a gf menu (with desserts) available upon request. Most items can be made gf if requested even if not listed as gf on the menu. Non-celiac friends and family love the quality and flavor of the food too.
