The food here was great. The options on the menu they could prepare gluten -free were clearly marked. Their dry-fried process doesn't cross-contaminate with the oil. We got the dry-fried green beans to share and they were amazing. I got the beef and broccoli for my main and my kids got the friend rice. Highly recommend!

Exceptional, exceptional and FANTASTICALLY DELICIOUS!!!!! First time here and just let them guide me on what to order. I am on the gluten free diet and everything was 100% gluten free, including deep fried food. Absolutely fantastic! For some reason the online menu doesn't indicate GF status for anything but on the phone they said they can basically make anything GF. The fried bamboo fish appetizer was recommended and not something I would have known to order, but it was like a religious experience it was so delicious!!! This place has both what you'd think of as the most popular Chinese dishes plus tons of legit authentic food that is soooooooo dang good! Cannot wait to come back next time I'm in town!!!

Ate at the bar for lunch yesterday. The lunch menu was marked with GFO. The bartender was very knowledgeable, even mentioning that they will not use soy sauce in the dish. Had a Schezwan dish that was amazing and will be going back.
This is the only Chinese food in my area that I legitimately trust with my food allergies. I have had horrible reactions at multiple places that claim to be gluten free but have never had an issue at any of the peter changs locations. They also can make gluten free sesame chicken which is something I had been missing since I was diagnosed with celiacs. Its a bit more expensive than other Chinese restaurants in the area but is well worth it due to the quality and how allergy friendly they are.
The menu is clearly marked for gluten free choices. Some choices not marked as GF can be altered to make it gluten free. The Seafood in a Stone Pot, Kung Pao Beef and General Tsos Chicken are excellent choices and amazing. Staff is knowledgeable and very accommodating. This is my favorite GF restaurant and the first place I take out of town siblings that are celiac. They all love it and request to go back each time they are in town. Awesome food. You won’t be disappointed! I rarely write reviews but this is one of my few exceptions to help all celiacs have a stress free and amazing meal.

The food is amazing!!! The staff is very well trained in the GF needs. I had no problems afterwards except for maybe be to full from not being able to stop eating the food!! So can’t wait to go back again!!

Very delicious food! Clearly marked GF. I got an air-fried egg plant appetizer to share and a pepper beef dish for my entree. Both had a lot of flavor and I did not get sick.
Great Chinese food with "GF" marked on the menu. I had chicken with veggies in a white sauce. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful!

Good Chinese food and very knowledgeable about gf and celiac. Lots of things on the menu can be made gf. They have an allergy/celiac button on their register and the kitchen knows how to safely handle food. After I ordered, the manager came to check on my order and talked to the kitchen personally. They were very helpful, and I had a great dinner without getting sick. Definitely recommended for those with celiac disease.
