Some items are very authentic Chinese food. The owner and chief are also creative to innovate Chinese food with other cuisine and it is great. Super GF as long as ask and let them know. Not all items can be made GF but most of them yes

Had a wonderful meal at the Columbia location. Food came out fast and they announced “gluten free seafood” and “gluten free kung pao chicken” when they put the plates down. Server was knowledgeable as to what was gluten free (white sauce or sweet and sour sauce are safe to eat) and which other meals could be adjusted. Had shrimp and scallops with white sauce (gf) and kung pao chicken (adjusted for gf). Both were absolutely delicious, I can’t wait to go back here!
