Review of Pete's Restaurant & Pizzeria

This place breaks the review scale! They need a sixth star for extra special places like this. Warm, inviting, amazingly prepared food, and very knowledgeable about GF. It's what happens when good people make good food. Had the pizza which was amazing. They crisped the crust a bit before cooking (HUGE difference) and prepared (prepared!) the toppings separately. It was very fresh and flavorful. They try to source everything locally and organically as possible (he has an eggplant guy!). Needless to say, go. I and my family will be back many times over.
